Return Policy

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than PERSONLIZED and CUSTOM ORDERS) that is unworn and has the hang-tag originally attached. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.

All returns must be approved prior to returning.

To start the return process please email info@lineniadream.com for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only clean, unworn items will be accepted for returns within 30 days of the date item was delivered to you. We cannot accept returns on custom orders.

Returned items must be in their original condition, and all tags must be originally attached. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or gift card. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

A gift card will be issued if the approved return is received beyond 30 days from the customer's receipt of the item. You may also request a gift card, via email, for your return.

If you received free shipping, Linenia Dream's cost of shipping your order will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

We reserve the right to initiate a restocking fee if the number of returned items becomes excessive.
